CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
Credit card numbers are stored whenever an order with a balance due is paid via credit card. Stored credit card numbers are encrypted. If a customer chooses to save a credit card for future use, either through self-selection online, or directs a Box Office Staff Member to save the credit card in a Customer Record, that credit card is made available for the customer and/or Palace Theatre Box Office to use for future orders without the need to reenter it to place an order. Stored and encrypted credit card information connected to Customer Records also allows a customer to be refunded, in the rare occasion that refunds are issued, without requiring the Box Office Staff to contact the customer directly to request credit card information.
Information about you and your orders are tracked in your Customer Record. Tracked information associated with your Customer Record includes, but is not limited to: your orders, event attendance, correspondence interaction, donation history, Membership benefits, Gift Card balances, and more.
